My great advice for today. If your feet hurt for a long period of time - see a foot doctor.If the doctor tells you the pain is in your head find a competent foot doctor! I am under the care of the best foot doctor but have been quite a challenge. Eighteen years of foot pain cannot be fixed overnight.
I had my 4th and hopefully final surgery one week ago. Doctors orders: 8 weeks of absolutely no weight or pressure on the foot. These are some post surgery photos & my lifesaver scooter - which incidentally would be great fun if it were optional.
