Protein Drinks
Yum, I am seriously hooked on chocolate protein shakes. The only thing better than a chocolate protein shake is a chocolate and banana protein shake. I drank a shake for breakfast and another one for lunch today. I had a few hunger pangs mid morning and mid-afternoon but a handful of walnuts & raisins chased the hunger away. We ate at Applebees for dinner tonight - my dinner was Grilled Shrimp and Island Rice - 380 calories. Between the shakes, nuts, raisins, apples and dinner my total calorie intake was 1190 today. We shall see what tomorrow brings.
